SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Yeshiva Emek Hachochmah (the “School”).

Program Description

Individuals who expressly opt in may receive school-related informational or emergency messages, including announcements, schedules, closures, event notices, administrative updates, and other school communications.

Consent

SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided express consent. Providing a phone number through a general inquiry, application, or other contact form does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of enrollment, purchase, or receiving school services.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt Out and Help

Supported Carriers

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
